Apple Gemstone Bow Clip

I was THRILLED when I saw how gorgeous this bow was for the first day of school… but the style of clasp is a fabric wrapped alligator clip, the type you put in really little (2 and younger) girls hair. For such a heavy bow, this style of clip simply can’t possibly work. Fell out of my daughter’s hair four times before we even made it to school, so she got frustrated and refused to put it back in. I’d put her hair half up and positioned it above the ponytail holder to keep it in place but it’s just not possible with this style. I have two daughters so I’m pretty well versed in hair styling. Change the clasp to a French barrette or something and it’ll work. Otherwise it won’t.
