Shipping policy

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping times estimated at checkout are from time of shipping not time of order. Shipping times are not guaranteed by Sweet Wink.  Items are shipped primarily via USPS.  Sweet Wink has no control over shipments once they are picked up by the carrier. All orders have tracking included in the shipping confirmation email, once an order has shipped.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

We ship through USPS and currently offer two shipping rates - priority delivery of 2 - 3 business days and standard delivery of 5 - 7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Each customer is responsible for any fees, duties, or taxes that they may incur when shipping to countries outside of the U.S.

We ship through USPS International First Class.  For Canada,  estimated delivery is 6 - 10 business days.  For other international countries, delivery times vary widely and could take over a month.

LOST, STOLEN, or DAMAGED ITEMS

Sweet Wink is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
