Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Sweet Wink purchase! If your item is not quite right you can make an exchange, claim a damaged item, or submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your item. All items must be unused and in the condition they were received with tags attached. 

• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Holiday items are not eligible for return or exchange after the given holiday
• Return shipping will be the customer's responsibility and expense, we do not provide shipping labels for returns
• The returned item must arrive back to us within 20 days of the original date of purchase, we cannot process returns if items are received after that date.

If your item is damaged or you would like to initiate a return or exchange email support@shopsweetwink.com - please include your order number.  For damaged items please also include description and clear photo of defect or damage.
