I bought this dress for my 3-year old's upcoming Frozen themed birthday party. I didn't want to buy an Elsa costume and was very excited when I came across this dress. I received the dress today and I am very impressed by the material, design, and how well-made it is. My daughter LOVED it!

My granddaughter loves tulle skirts on her dresses. I was not disappointed. The lining and top of the dress is so soft. There are 2 layers of tulle with the snowflake design on the top layer. Overall adorable design with soft comfort in mind. Sparkly and twirly. I have purchased Sweet Wink tutus prior. The dresses and tutus are well made. I like that the tulle does not shed.
