Cute but patches/letters are coming off

I bought this to wear on Valentine’s to match my daughter I wash it once and hang dry. The day I am going to wear it, I noticed the patches are coming off. I don’t know if I can just iron it or I need to sew it myself. Just sad that it happened. I
