I initially ordered one size too big and the Sweet Wink team was kind to exchange mine with a large. It was the perfect amount of oversized! The sweater is very cute and comfy. Best Customer Service!

I ordered the Pumpkin Beanie from the Steffy Collection. When I got it the patch was falling off. I emailed Sweet Wink and they got back to me next day and mailed me a new one! It was very snice of them to do that and now I have my beanie!
